30-day return window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that are opened, used, damaged, or returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund.

To begin a return, email contact@jeddahboo.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take 5–10 business days to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
